The Clay County Conservation Board (CCCB) is now accepting applications for the position of Office Manager. This Part-Time employment opportunity will require up to 30 hours/week. Applicants are required to possess outstanding organizational and communication skills as well as have experience operating business-based electronic databases. The Office Manager will maintain and organize all office operations and procedures. This position preforms a wide variety of office tasks, including but not limited to, controlling correspondences, preparing claims and expenditures, processing revenue, filing documents, managing the park and campground online reservation database, preparing fiscal reports, maintaining department schedules and preparing payroll, as well as assisting full-time employees with daily work objectives. The Office Manager position will be compensated at a starting wage of $21,750 - $24,000 annually based on work experience, education, and professional skills. Annual wage is subject to increase after the successful completion of probationary period. A minimum two years’ work experience in administrative/office employment is required, and/or degree from accredited institution is preferred.
